It started with Molly — a black and tan Cavalier King Charles Spaniel who became the heartbeat of our Brighton home in 2008. Her gentle nature and joyful spirit changed everything.

In 2022, Mark suffered a heart attack that led to open-heart surgery. During his recovery, it was our dogs —Saffy and Bangles — who kept spirits high and reminded us what truly matters. After making a full recovery, Mark and Alison made a decision: to build something new, something meaningful, something built around the animals they love.

In 2023, Life's Better With Paws was born — a Brighton-based small business founded by two dog lovers who believe that higher-quality accessories aren't just practical, they're an expression of the bond you share with your pet.

Every product we stock is hand-selected by us. If we wouldn't use it for our own Cavaliers, it doesn't make the cut.
